This is a high intensity camp for players that have the desire to play at the next level. Coach Harris, and the women’s basketball staff will work with players on a variety of individual and team skills to prepare the prospective student-athlete for the pace at the next level.
Offensive Skill-work: ball handling, passing, shooting (form, stationary, off screens, off the dribble), perimeter moves, reading screens, post moves.
Defensive Skill-work: stance, close-outs, defensive slides, denial, help-side defense, on-ball defense, defending screens (on and off the ball), post defense
1 on 1, 2 on 2, and 5 on 5 games
